Never received order

I never received my order. I reached out and still haven’t heard anything back. I ordered my earring backs three weeks ago. Very disappointed.

This back fits my diamond stud perfectly.

I was so upset when I thought I lost one of my diamond stud earrings. Luckily I found the diamond stud on the bathroom mat. The back was no where to be found. I found your site and hoped for the best. I received the new back this afternoon. It fits perfectly. Thank you so very much for having the back I needed.
